Ari Yoga
Sunday 29 July 2018, 12–2pm V22 Louise House
Yoga is arguably one of the most popular health practices in the western world. In the process of becoming so widespread, however, it often gets misunderstood by many practitioners. Yoga is a way of life, the uniting of the body, mind and spirit. Its real purpose is not just to become physically fit or mentally relaxed but also to deepen our own spirituality, enabling us to be more caring and aware, ultimately leading to self-realisation. It is about making friends with our world, true inner happiness, and having a clear mind that is free from delusion.
Join Ari Yoga for a session that will include a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class to reconnect with your your body-mind-spirit and a short talk about yoga in the modern life.
Suitable for mixed ability. Please bring your own mat. Please wear clothing that you can move freely in and bare feet.

Ari is a Patagonian native, adopted by London. Having practiced yoga for four years, he is now a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Yoga has been a source of health, peace and empowerment in his life and provided him with a purpose. He is passionate about and fully devoted to yoga and spiritual development. He seeks to provide the same experience for his students. He lives and teaches in South East London, sharing yoga in private local studios, corporations and with private clients. The main style Ari teaches is Vinyasa Flow with Ashtanga influence. On this style the postures, conscious breathing and gaze are seemly interconnected to create an harmonious and active flow. The classes include other important elements like mindfulness, meditation and deep relaxation, these allow the practitioner to create a strong body-mind connection.
