Kuumba Kids is a new African Centred Arts and Crafts programme for children aged 3 years and over.
We offer fun, engaging and creative sessions that explore the natural world and history from an African perspective. Kuumba Kids is focused on celebrating the diversity and colourful cultures of Africa to develop positive self expression in children.
Kuumba Kids' first creative session will be carnival themed drop in workshops aimed at children aged three years and over. Take part in designing and printing your own flag or create collaged carnival pictures and traditional dishes from the Caribbean.

Workshop Three: Design and print your own flag
Cost: £8

Biancha Samuel-Reid is a mother and print designer based in Forest Hill, London with a real passion for storytelling and screen printing. Biancha has just launched The Kuumba Kids Arts & Craft programme that explores and celebrates African History and Culture through print, pattern and textiles.
